Train with Cara

I’m a female Personal Trainer located in Bunbury, here to educate and support women as they navigate perimenopause and beyond.

My focus? Helping you move well, get stronger, and rebuild confidence in your body; through exercise that works with your hormones, not against them.

What I don’t do:
❌ Quick fixes
❌ Fad diets
❌ Constant weight check-ins
❌ Get bikini body ready
❌ Cookie cutter programs 

Our shared goals will be centered around training for health and a long-term sustainable training program. I offer 1:1 Personal Training, over 35's Strength and Conditioning Classes as well as over 60's StrongHer Strength classes. I focus primarily on functional fitness training that incorporates strength and conditioning workouts, that will make your every day life easier.

I'm not here just to coach Personal Training sessions, but also play a part in educating and inspiring women to keep physically fit as they approach their 40's and beyond is what I love! If you'd love to be a part of this journey too, then let's chat.

A little about me 👋
I’m 42, a mum of two, and I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 13 years.

I used to focus on CrossFit training for myself but over time I’ve learnt to be a little gentler on my body and focus on long-term health and strength.
