I’m a female fitness coach here to educate and support women as they navigate perimenopause and beyond.
My focus? Helping you move well, get stronger, and rebuild confidence in your body; through exercise that works with your hormones, not against them.
What I don’t do:
❌ Quick fixes
❌ Fad diets
❌ Constant weight check-ins
❌ Get bikini body ready
❌ Cookie cutter programs
Our shared goals will be centered around training for health and a long-term sustainable training program. I'm available for 1:1 training, or small group Personal Training. I focus primarily on functional fitness training that incorporates strength and conditioning workouts.
I'm not here just to coach Personal Training sessions, but also play a part in educating and inspiring women to keep physically fit as they approach their 40's and beyond is what I love! If you'd love to be a part of this journey too, then let's chat.
A little about me 👋
I’m 41, a mum of two, and I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 12 years.
I used to focus on CrossFit training for myself but over time I’ve learnt to be a little gentler on my body and focus on long-term health and strength.
