With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Maea has developed a deep understanding of human movement and performance. His coaching is grounded in functional strength training, with a particular focus on helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and live with more vitality.

Maea works closely with a diverse range of clients—from everyday adults looking to improve their strength and mobility, to dedicated CrossFit athletes aiming to refine their gymnastics skills and Olympic lifting techniques. His technical knowledge and eye for detail allow him to break down complex movements, helping athletes build efficiency, precision, and confidence in their performance.
